Kohala Pool
Located near the Ocean Tower. Two pools about 1/2 acre in size connected by a flowing river. Ocean views and sunsets come at no extra charge.

Kona Pool
22,180 square feet of waterfalls, slides, grottoes, sand volleyball, rope bridge and more. Easy access from all points of the resort by boat, tram, or walking along the Pacific Ocean. Suitable for just about any event imaginable, from Welcome Receptions to Pacific Rim theme parties, this area is popular for groups of 30 to 3,000. Available after 7:00 p.m.

Grand Staircase
Located across from the waterfall, this is a majestic setting for groups of up to 200.

Lagoon Lanai
The Lagoon Lanai is adjacent to the Grand Promenade and the Grand Staircase. It overlooks the 4-acre salt-water lagoon and waterfall. The Lagoon Lanai can server 30 to 1,200 people.

Lagoon Beach
The Lagoon Beach is across from the Convention Center, and is our best site for mini-beach games to entice your guests and build team spirit.

Palace Lawn
Beautiful lawn area between the Ocean and Palace Towers. Host specialized theme parties and games for groups up to 2,500.

Ocean View Terrace
Situated by Buddha Point and Ocean Tower, this unique lawn setting provides a spectacular sunset view over the Pacific Ocean. Perfect for receptions and parties for groups up to 250.
