Request for Proposal

Creating a Request for Proposal (RFP) is fast, free, and easy. The RFP contains the details of your meeting and is sent directly to Hilton Waikoloa Village to determine rates and availability.

Using the fast SpeedRFP system, you'll be asked to fill in the details of your meeting including: dates, number of nights and rooms needed, required meeting space, and any other criteria specific to your program. You can even include your own attachments. When you have finished, click "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. After reviewing your RFP details, use the "Submit" button to send your RFP to Hilton Waikoloa Village.
