Rates and Additional Charges: Rates are per room, per night. Rates DO NOT INCLUDE taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges you may decide to incur. Benefits and package are not valid or combinable with any other discount, rate, special, or offer. Not available if attending a group or convention.
Cancellation: Change or cancel up to 1 day before arrival.
Where to Book: Here on this special sale website. NOT available by telephone. Reservations must be confirmed under "FUN IN THE SUN" rate plan code P4.
When to Book: Book your stay by February 12, 2021 at 5pm Pacific Time. After the booking period, this special offer will no longer be available. Changes to a reservation may result in the need to rebook at a higher nightly rate and loss of package benefits.
When to Stay: Stay before May 31, 2021 or between September 6 to December 18, 2021. Subject to availability. Not all dates have all accommodation types available. Available rooms and dates may change over time. Limited inventory per day. Maximum of two rooms per guest/reservation.
Cabana Rental: To reserve your daily cabana, make your reservation and record your confirmation number. Then, call our cabana desk at +1 808 886 1234 ext. 1220, open daily from 9am to 5pm Hawaii Time. Inform the agent you have booked the "Fun in the Sun" package and be prepared to share your dates, confirmation number and preferred cabana location.
Lagoon Activity Rental: Rentals are available daily from 8:30am to 5:30pm at the lagoon on a first come, first served basis. Come early to choose your preferred rental.
Resort Credit: The daily $50 resort credit will be applied to your account at checkout towards eligible resort charges such as hotel-owned dining, recreation rentals and Kohala Spa. The resort credit is not applicable towards the room rate, corresponding taxes, fees, service charges, Waikoloa Coffee Co., retail charges, gratuity or select activities as determined by the hotel. Unused daily credit will be forfeited each day at the hotel’s local hotel departure time and will not be refunded or rolled forward. Incidental credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, are void after each completed night of the stay and cannot be applied toward future stays.
Parking: Nightly self-parking for one vehicle (normally a $37 value) is included with each room on this package, per night. Additional vehicles will be charged at the standard rate.
Resort Charge: Full resort charge benefits are included with each room on this package, per night (normally a $45 value), at no additional charge. View a full list of resort charge benefits which include guest room WiFi, cultural lessons and fitness classes.
Upgrades: Upgrades at check-in are restricted due to cleaning protocols and limited room availability. Make sure to book your reservation for the exact room type you want to stay in when you arrive.
Honors Points Redemption and Earning Eligibility: Honors Points may NOT be used or redeemed to book this sale. Package IS eligible to EARN normal Honors points and miles.
Additional terms: Reservations and components are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Components cannot be used during future stays. Additional restrictions may apply and may change at any time.
